SolutionCables products are designed to last and outperform. However, if our products do not meet your expectations or fail due to a manufacturing defect, our warranty policy ensures quick replacement or repair.

What's covered under the warranty?

  • Manufacturing Defects. If your cable has a manufacturing defect that inhibits its normal functioning, it will be covered under warranty.
  • Performance Issues. If your cable doesn't perform as advertised under normal usage conditions, it is eligible for a replacement or repair.
  • Damages during shipping. If you receive a damaged cable, we ensure a swift replacement.

What's not covered?

Our warranty does not cover any damage from misuse or neglect, alterations made by the customer, and normal wear & tear of the cable over its lifetime.

How to make a warranty claim?

To initiate a warranty claim, please contact our customer service team with proof of purchase, description of the issue, and relevant images/videos demonstrating the defect.
